Text Split & Join

Split text into pieces, join lines back together, extract / reorder / swap CSV-style columns with quote support, and control line breaks.
All processing happens locally in your browser — your data is never uploaded to any server.
Method: Each piece is written to its own line in the output.
Separator: Type \t for TAB or \n for a newline.
How it works: Each input line is one item. Items are joined into a single line with the separator; prefix / suffix are added to every item.
Separator between items: Type \n for a newline between items.
Prefix each item: Suffix each item:
How it works: Every input line is parsed into columns with quote support (CSV style). Pick an order, drop columns, and the rows are rejoined below.
Delimiter: Quote char: Output separator:
Column order (1-based): Drop columns:
Operation:
Join pieces with: “Remove all” joins every line; “unwrap” joins lines inside a paragraph while a blank line still separates paragraphs.

How to use — Choose one of the four modes above and click its action button (or press Ctrl+Enter).
Split Text: break the input into pieces by a separator, a fixed character count, a regular expression, or one piece per input line. Every piece lands on its own output line.
Join Lines: merge the input lines into a single line with a separator; prefix / suffix strings are added to every item (handy for building lists, menus or CSS rules).
Columns: parse CSV-style rows with quote support (doubled quotes inside quoted fields are handled), then reorder, keep or drop columns. Write the order as 3,1 or 2-4; leave the box empty for all columns. A live preview greys out the columns that will be dropped.
Line Breaks: remove every line break, merge wrapped lines inside paragraphs, or reflow paragraphs to a target line width.
All work is done locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
